  • 1 × 90-minute Plant-Based Foundation session

  • 3 × 60-minute personalized follow-up sessions

  • Assessment of current eating habits, preferences and routines

  • Optimization of your existing favorite meals for health and nutrient balance

  • Development of a personalized & sustainable meal and nutrient strategy

Plant-Based Performance

This 8-week program is designed for active individuals and athletes who want to support energy, recovery and performance through plant-based nutrition.

Includes everything from above, plus 3 additional 60-minute-sessions with a deeper focus on:

  • Training-day vs. rest-day nutrition strategies and optimal timing of your meals

  • Performance-oriented nutrient optimization, incl. in-depth supplement guidance

  • Support & tools on digestion, inflammation and recovery

  • Ongoing adjustments as training loads, recovery needs or goals change

Optional focus (especially for women): Hormone-supportive, cycle-aware nutrition to support energy levels, recovery and overall hormonal balance, adapted to female physiology, training load and stress levels.
