As statistics prove, I strongly believe that over 80% of common diseases can be prevented through a conscious lifestyle - including a balanced diet and regular physical activity. That is why I am passionate about sharing my enthusiasm for an active and health-conscious life.

I am a nature lover, sun seeker and love to travel.
Health and a sustainable lifestyle have always been important to me. This conviction was reinforced by my sporting activities and led me to a vegetarian lifestyle as a child. I have been vegan since 2018, a decision that has significantly shaped my life and my understanding of a healthy, sustainable diet.
Through years of experience and extensive training, I have acquired in-depth knowledge of the human body and holistic health concepts. My goal is to share this knowledge and inspire you to understand your body and develop a healthy lifestyle tailored to your individual needs.
